1. Introduction
Welcome to Iconic Faces Collective (“IFC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Iconic Faces Collective is a premier modelling agency representing talent for editorial, commercial, and promotional projects throughout the UK. We provide talent representation, casting services, portfolio promotion, and professional development. All engagements are secured with legal contracts between Iconic Faces Collective, AlphaStudio.uk, and the individual model.
3. Eligibility
To apply for representation, individuals must be aged 16 or older. Applicants under 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to accept or reject any applicant at our discretion.
3B. What it takes to join our agency?
A Contract will be sent to you, to read, understand, sign and send back to us.
A Code of Conduct will be outlined in the Contract and also sent to you, seperately, to read, understand, sign and send back to us.
To ensure we maintain a high standard and work with committed individuals and clients, we require a £150 onboarding fee. Payment can be made in two instalments of £75.
This is not a fee to simply “join”, it secures your place within the agency and allows us to invest in your development from the very beginning.
For beginners or new talent without a digital or print portfolio, we offer an optional Mini Model Portfolio Session at a highly discounted rate, with our creative partners.
This session is designed to give you a professional set of images and basic experience on set, so you arrive ready to work with brands.
Please understand you need to read these documents correctly and entirely so that you can understand that sometimes you can get TFP shoots and hopefully we will get paid shoots for you as quickly as possible.
Paid shoots are likely going to go to models who have done TFP shoots and have more to offer in terms of their portfolios. This is what we as an agency have already noticed in the past 6 months and this is why we ask for a joining fee upfront so that we can cover costs for studio shoots, photographer’s and videographer’s time and our consulting time with you and our communications back and forth with our clients.
Clients want to see a portfolio that’s wide and versatile enough. We are working to get you all paid but I require you to work with us on this.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Iconic Faces Collective unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is prohibited.
5. Model Portfolios
Images featured on this site are either submitted by models or taken under our direction and remain the intellectual property of their respective photographers and/or IFC and AlphaStudio.uk. These images must not be copied, used, or republished without permission.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of IFC, misuse our website, or violate the rights of others.
7. Bookings and Representations
All bookings must be arranged through IFC. Direct bookings with represented talent without agency consent are not permitted and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services or website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
